Cardiff International School and Kindergarten strictly follows The Cambridge International Curriculum which sets a global standard for education, and is recognised by universities and employers worldwide. Our curriculum is flexible, challenging and inspiring, culturally sensitive yet international in approach. Cambridge students develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning. They also gain the essential skills they need for success at university and in their future careers. The Cambridge International Curriculum is based on the British National Curriculum but has been altered to be more inclusive of the international community it is being taught to.

Enrichment Programme
Sports Program
At Cardiff International School we understand the value that sports play in the life of the child.Research tells us that being active reduces anxiety and enhances self esteem in children.
Sports can promote social interaction among our students teaching them valuable team skills such as cooperation, critical thinking and problem solving. Children build self discipline, trust and respect for others.
This academic year we continue with our enrichment programme for our students. Enrichment time celebrates positive behaviour in our school. The children will attend classes with different teachers in the school weekly. This gives them the chance to try new activities and develop new hobbies and skills. The classes change termly and are full of fun and learning for our children.
Our school is committed to developing our students holistically. Working in the arts helps learners to develop creative problem solving skills as well as developing motor skills and language skills. Arts education gives our children a chance to connect with their own culture and the rest of the world. Music and Art classes are taught weekly. We hold an annual Production for our School community in the summer term. This was a huge success in previous years and is a fantastic event for our students.  At our weekly assembly children perform for the school. This gives our children a chance to develop their confidence as they stand in front of the school. We also hold an annual Talent Show at the end of the year for the children. This is a much anticipated event and the children spend weeks preparing!
